The blocks are manufactured using shell moulding technique. The technique makes use of a special alloy cast iron with selective elements chosen on the basis of extensive technical research. A unique combination of the alloy facilitates the achievement of crucial parameters such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, optimum durability and resistance to scuffing.

The two/three wheeler blocks are finely ground and bore machined to the last micron depending on the specifications of the intended applications. The inside diameter of the blocks is plateau honed using CNC machines in accordance with technically required micron to obtain the desired surface roughness quality.
