manufactured with a special alloy cast iron with selective
elements, chosen on the basis of extensive technical research.
A unique combination of alloys results in achieving the
crucial parameters such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance,
optimum durability and resistance to scuffing. The cylinder
liners are finely ground and bore machined to the last micron
depending on the intended application area. The inside diameter
of the cylinder liners is plateau honed by CNC machines
in accordance with technically required micron, to obtain
the desired surface roughness quality.
The chemical composition and microstructure of the cylinder
liner is customised to meet customer specifications. To
this end, the company also supplies special Hardened, Phosphated
and Nitrided cylinder liners in accordance with the exact
requirements of the customer.
