INTRODUCTION

Shriram Automotive Products Ltd. Is an associate of the Shriram Group of Companies. The Group’s constant endeavor for excellence towards customer satisfaction has made it a brand leader in every product, which is manufactured and marketed by it such as Fuel Injection Equipment, Pistons, Piston Rings, Engine Valves, Light Commercial Vehicles, Air Conditioners, Water Coolers, etc. with a very large range of foreign affiliations of international repute.

CYLINDER LINERS

Shriram Automotive has been in the business of marketing Cylinder Liners and Air Cooled Blocks under the USHA and SHRIRAM PULSAR brand name. It is the only Cylinder Liner company in India with a national network and image, the products being marketed through a network of over 5000 Distributors, Dealers and Engine Re-building Workshops.

Cylinder Liners and Air Cooled Blocks offered by Shriram Automotive are manufactured using Centrifugal casting process and Shell moulding. Induction furnaces are used for melting and holding material and various alloy combinations including Molybdenium, Nickel, Copper, etc. are used for a perfect metallurgy.

Four different material compositions are currently being offered for Cylinder Liners and Air Cooled Blocks.

MARKETING

Shriram Automotive has in position a world class infrastructure for marketing of all its products. It is in the business of marketing automotive components under the USHA and SHRIRAM PULSAR brand names, such as under :-.

In addition, a wide range of Engine Locomotive parts say Connecting Rods, Camshafts, Rocker Arm Shafts, Piston Ring Carriers, Cylinder Heads and Cylinder Blocks etc. can also be offered.

Shriram Automotive offers the largest range of Cylinder Liners for applications covering Tractors, Light Commercial Vehicles, Heavy Commercial Vehicles, 2/3 Wheelers, Cars and Stationary Diesel Engines (SDE) requirements of the Automotive Industry. Shriram Automotive has thus built an excellent infrastructure for marketing of Cylinder Liners and other automotive components mentioned above.
